I know, I'm worried about the stress level too. Last week mine had to stay at the vet for a few hours for tests and when I picked her up you would have thought she was in the middle of some kind of extreme torture - growling, hissing, some sort of otherworldly not-really-meowing sounds.
I was personally hoping she would come back from treatment with a permanent glow-in-the-dark feature. That would be awesome, and also convenient in the middle of the night.
