wednesdays have become my sacred outdoor self-care days, what a gift

there actually was some valentine's snow in portland. it was in the middle of the night so i missed it, but one of my insta peeps recorded a little video of it, just a few secret flakes, made me really happy.

feeling very tired and run down and sore (?) this morning (so so many nightmares) but i'm going to go ski anyway.
