too much joint pain to tolerate.

trying fasting to bring down the inflammation. hunger growlies just hit. so tired. might have to just sleep through this beautiful sunlit day. i hurt too much to go out in it much, though i desperately wish to. it will rain the rest of the week, and likely through xmas.
