Oh poor kitty! =( As a suggestion for getting her to eat, when my cat was very old and in a similar situation, the vet told us to mix his regular food with plain spaghetti sauce. Sounds weird but it TOTALLY worked. He wouldn't touch anything else until we put the sauce on it.
