Nervous about painting at the zoo this weekend. I'm not good at animals. I'm not really good at anything, I just enjoy dragging paint across people's skin with a brush and then sticking sparkles on them, heh.

Hopefully tonight I will actually follow through with my plan to hang with Josh's cats and practice on myself. Monday night that didn't work out because his roommate was there-but-not-there - the kitchen looked as if he was about to start cooking dinner, his laptop was open on the diningroom table with half a glass of wine next to it, but he was nowhere to be found. I was afraid he was hiding from me. Felt weird about hanging out, so I took off.

Maybe if he's there again tonight I'll just visit the cats briefly and paint at home.

I need to paint, damnit!

Aww, sweet thing. I will be painting with Amber, you know, that girl you hooked me up with? So I won't be alone! If you want to come of course I would adore seeing you, but I wouldn't ask you to make a special trip. I am planning to hit the Fez Friday. Will you be there?

a benefit show! i ask because i wondered if you might want to put a dinosaur on my face.. and things on the faces of my bandmates... we could provide the make up? if not, no worries, we could totally do it ourselves.

That sounds fun! I don't know if I could do a much better job than your dino the other night, but I would love to try, and I have fun colors and stuff. :) Where is the show? I could meet up with you there beforehand or wherever/whenever you like. I usually work kinda late-ish downtown (pearl dist) but I'm flexible. Especially when it comes to getting to face paint, ee!

my friend paul did my dino the other night, he did it way different than i imagined, which was pretty fun. i had imagined a more basic silhouette, so it was cool to have something different. basically, i am saying that anything you would put would be cool because it would be new to me! the other two girls might want dinosaurs or maybe something else...?

Was planning to leave work around 7, which should land me there at 7:30 or so. I can go earlier if it would be better? A drink sounds lovely! But really, I'm happy to contribute to the cause. It's a good one, obviously. :)

Aw, hehe. I'm feeling really lousy and wouldn't mind leaving work a little earlier, so I might get there earlier, we'll see. Not before six though, that's crazy talk. ;)
