end of the end of the week

Willow's been so happy to have me back. Last night she sat on my chest and stretched her paw out and so very gently and carefully dragged her little index toe pad across my bottom lip, and then put her other paw in my hand as I fell asleep. Yes, love, I'm back, all yours.
Film shoot yesterday, we had to be on location at 7am. I was the only one with blankets and chairs in my car (left over from face painting/Faerieworlds, and I always have a blanket in my car, in case I ever break down somewhere cold). I was nervous that my wings weren't good enough for the film, but once the girls were in full costume and makeup they really looked good. I spent the 12 hours amusing myself by following my wings around like a mother hen, readjusting them so that they would look just right for each shot, gluing down threads that popped out, making sure they were as natural looking as possible. It was cool to look at the monitor and see them on film. I'll have pictures from the photo shoot this week, hopefully.
My head has been killing me all day. I think I'll try one more Imitrex after I'm done here, and then head out to dinner with Myrrh, who it feels like I haven't seen in weeks.
Another guy sent me pictures of the hooves from Faerieworlds, which I'll put under a cut. I think the one from the back gives a better idea of the scale. And the darling
foxgrrl is in the shot, hehe.

Good side view of hooves.

Finally a different angle! My makeup was different on my right side.

And from the back. The dude next to me is super tall, so this helps show how tall I am in the hooves (around 6'2" or 6'3"). I do have a tail, but it gets lost in the black tulle of the skirt. I'll have to put wire in it and make it stick out next time.
