* a dude at faerieworlds was drest as hunter s thompson for some reason, and when he walked by me, in my new big bat wings, he stammered to his friends, "We can't stop here, this is bat country!" and scampered away clumsily while trying not to spill his drink. lol

* i bought a new shower curtain liner that has a bunch of uplifting cutsie phrases all over it. it's just a salve but it helps

* walking in the graveyard with cynthia - we've done this together 2x per week on average since we both got covid and i love it so much, it's an hour with my favorite person and a bunch of hills and critters (bunnies, coyotes, chipmunks, all kinds of birds) in the bright sunshine. dead people don't bother us.

* easy orders to get out, feeling supported with my work but not overwhelmed, for the first time ever really

* josh is the best husband

* invited to bike to food carts with derrick and cynthia again tonight, and also time with karissa, will try to knock out both

* i hate cleaning but i decided to unfuck the rest of the apartment after deep cleaning the kitchen yesterday. now the bathroom, bathtub, sinks, and floors are all sparkling and it feels really good. my room still needs attention but i'll get there. at least i can walk around barefoot comfortably again

* got josh to agree to come to indian ridge with me for friday night at least - it is such a beautiful fire lookout tower, he will love it

* getting laundry done with those magical machines that do all the work

* delicious food options in the fridge (cold organic ramen noodles with sesame and scallions and an egg? seared cabbage with zucchini and garlic scapes and also an egg? avocado toast on a cassava tortilla? so many delicious options!)

* farmers market tomorrow

* new cheerful cotton beach towels for summer

* actually managed to film some video content for the youtubes yesterday (now just need to edit erf)

* perfect weather (76 and sunny at the moment)

* blue skies

* super fragrant orange roses

* nourishing facial oils

* a sweet funny little black cat

* fizzy water - and the incredibly sweet guy with a big white beard who sings in a barber shop quartet who exchanges my sodastream canister for me every couple of months or so

* taking a long warm shower in a newly cleaned bathtub/shower/bathroom
