oops never finished this one....

today was sweet and gentle. got up early and squeezed in a short walk with Avalanche before counseling. "You're happy today!" I haven't been in so long, it was worth noting. It feels temporary but I do feel a lot better. Even though the California trip was rocky in some ways, overall I think it was a good reset, and definitely a good dose of sunshine.
