I found Hendrix much later and felt so dumb that I hadn't discovered him before. So beautiful and fun and wonderful and sexy. If I'd known of him back then, I might not have been as impressed. Although emotionally, his music does not strike me as quite as angsty as Hendrix, and that angstiness really appeals to 15 year olds. ;)
