Gratitude:

* warm sunshine, lots more on the way
* in a good mood for once, fluttery and light and happy
* had affagato with Chris at Spella today - bliss!
* people in my life who think I'm beautiful even when I don't feel like it
* no major zits or breakouts, currently, so I'll feel prettier while being a face painting fairy tomorrow
* got up early, successfully, and got lots done this morning, and had the best latte I've had in a while with Myrrh at Ristretto
* almond milk latte yesterday at Red & Black was frothy and amazing
* sparkly chunky purple sandals
* full tank in the Jetta
* Santogold and Silversun Pickups playing on the werk computer
* I think I'm finally starting to get better - my eyes burned less than usual this morning, and my throat is only mildly sore (I've had some sort of bug clinging to me since February - please say it is dying!)
* Met Mefisto yesterday; a cat that frequents several businesses on NE 28th, just to socialize. He reportedly has his own seat at Staccato Gelato, even when it's packed, hehe
* sparkly honey (flavored!) powder from Urban Decay
* beautiful makeup and face painting videos on youtube
* fresh lemonade, pecan veggie burger and tempura green beans at Kandy w/ Myrrh for happy hour
* my fingernails are perfect right now

Life is good. So good. It's silly when I can't feel it. Glad to be feeling it now, anyway.

Off to get my roots bleached so I can repurplize my hair for tomorrow, la.

omg so I came home tonight and wanted to lie down for my headache and cuddle with Willow for a bit before doing her injection. I turned on the heating pad (been trying everything for the headache) 'cause she likes it and she curled up on it and I kinda curled around her and wrapped my arm around her with my hand kind of curved open facing her. She turned and adjusted and stretched out her little paw out and rested it in the palm of my hand. Awwwwwwwwww. I was almost gunna cry.

Edit: The owner of the huskies thought he was going to lose his dogs when this polar bear showed up, but then this magical dance began. The bear returned every night they were camped there for two weeks to play with the dogs. (A nature photographer was on the trip to photograph the dogs; hence the photos.)
