(You can sorta tell that she has to put her left leg up kinda janky in order to sit, because that's where her big lump is on her belly/side. But you can also see by her eyes that she is content, relaxed, and not in any pain. Cats' eyes dilate when they are in pain. Her pupils are nice happy narrow slits, here. Even with a camera in her face.)
