grateful for....
* my partner, who has learned to coast through my depressive episodes without taking it personally or worsening it. he's very tolerant and patient.
* my new-to-me elderly kitty, who knows when I need him better than I do.
* never being afraid of where my next meal will come from, or if I will have shelter.
* good memories of good friends and good times we used to have
* good memories of some happy times as a child
* ice skating rinks and still being able to skate a little bit even though my skate is broken, at least there is dance when I can't freeskate.
* the smoke not being too terrible today
* my bike and a route that is generally safe to ride along
* cofffeeeeeeeee
* my coffee roaster
* cream in my coffee and the work that goes into creating and packaging and providing it
* kombucha and matcha
* ice cubes in the freezer
* clean filtered running cold water
* warm showers in cute hotels that my husband can afford
* hardwood floors
* house plants, the spider plant, hoya, and my aloe
* crescent moonlight peeking through fog at the coast last night
* friendly, accepting, tolerant people
* knowing that terrible moods will pass
* popcorn and vampire diaries when all else fails
