bad pills.

I'm supposed to take them every day. But I hate taking vitamins. My mom used to make me take 20 pills a day when she was in Amway, this lasted all the way through age 18 when I finally just refused. They made me very sick for hours, every day, all through my tweens and teens.
The worst were the giant alfalfa pills, the ginger burps, and the iron pills that were mixed with things contra-indicated for taking with iron, thus exacerbating my nausea and mildly poisoning my system.
my tummy is very angry.
i told my doctor i would try.
but this is not sustainable.
I can do D and C daily, those are okay. The theamine doesn't seem to be doing anything but it's gummy and i don't mind it.
I can even do Omega 3s every other day. I could see adding a B complex to that, 3x a week at most.
But that's it.
These make me nauseated and dizzy even on a full stomach and I hate it.
There has to be another way to increase my folate. There has to be a reason I'm anemic, when other people eating the same food are not. This is not a sustainable solution.
