(if being stuck in a hot car in traffic for 2 hrs after having a really good physical therapy appt with one of the best PTs in the city followed by a massage and a latte and indulging in a cheese biscuit and a salmon cream cheese dip with crackers because of crankiness and menstrual cramps is my "bad day," life is pretty good)
