Retroactively for Aug 4 - I should have done this last night but I fell asleep, was so very tired.

Friday.....

* Conversation with Anita, about her life working in Bethlehem - just her overall spirit, the street kitten she rescued with a neighbor, how much she loves her extremely hard and dangerous work.

* the evening sunset walks through the courtyard. I miss walking with Lunar so much. I think about all of my cats, when walking. I don't listen to books or music, my own chaotic thoughts just swim around randomly. I don't like most of them, I try to dismiss unpleasant ruminations, but the thoughts about the kitties are good.

* my sparkly job, the fact that I don't need electricity to work, the way my twinkle lights twinkled when power was restored in the middle of Anita's appointment

* putting makeup on over club makeup from the night before - what

* a shorter work day

* collagen coffee - I feel like maybe drinking this and eating a lot of berries and fresh stone fruit might be part of why I woke up pain-free this morning, after several days of chronic joint pain that was gradually increasing. (I also spent 11 hours in bed yesterday/last night)

* seeing Orvis during my walk last night

* watching the clouds transition from white to orange to pink and purple and eventually blue-grey

* whipped cream with strawberries

* messaging with amanda

* my eye is all better!

Half of the Wednesday Dance has been learned.

I'm exhausted and feel like puking.

It's so much harder than it looks.

It's really fast. Much flail.

No idea how I'm going to teach this.

BUT WANT TO.

Thriller is hard to teach, too. Just requires breaking into sections.

Also Thrill the World choreo is slightly simplified from the actual Michael Jackson video version.

Might need to do this with Goo Goo Muck, also.

erf. blergh.

I think I can finish it by tonight. But. I need more carbs lol. I was going to fast today but just ate a slice of buttered toast to try to settle my stomach a bit. oof. (I've only had fruit and collagen coffee and nuts and a little yogurt and some pumpkin flax granola, today, so far. oh and a few bites of sweet potato and some 100% dark chocolate. Because chocolate has iron and I'm anemic. I also know full well that plant iron barely absorbs into my body, I might get 20% of whatever's in the chocolate which isn't anywhere near how much I need anyways. I'm supposed to eat meat every day but I just can't make myself do it.)

Will take a break, let the laptop charge a bit, and work on some more in a few.

My Oura ring can tell I was dancing! That's a good sign I guess lol.

Also Oura has a "rest mode" that is specifically for injuries and recovery periods, I wish I'd realized this when I hurt my eyeball. Now I know. I used it Friday when I was still too hurt to function properly.
