charmed but painful life.

was gunna mention something about how on social media it gets tedious to follow folks who only post when they are traveling or enduring some sort of major life event/trauma (hospitalization or death usually) but then i realized that basically that would be saying 99% of people's social media feeds are tedious and well that's just rude, lol.

also i'm really glad that kara's husband is suddenly posting a lot about kara's death. it is needed, for those of us who miss her. the only other times he posted was when he was traveling and that was cool because it was for a film he made. so, i guess it's not everyone i feel this way about. i don't know why i get so annoyed when it's radio silence for 2 years and then suddenly a bunch of photos of asia or europe or selfies in a hospital, one of the two. sigh.

i am just a sucker for consistent connection, i guess.

i'm in a fuckton of pain, so pardon the grouchy. i'll get over it. work was hard today. everyone is sweet but my head has hurt this entire week and i'm so, so tired.

hoping to eat and hydrate and rest and rally for shadowplay tonight.

the weather is absolutely blissfully perfect, after a chilly morning that called for fluffy fuzzy sweaters and two cups of hot coffee. a high of 70 and pure golden sunshine all day leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. my crows following me for treats. i am blessed, as always.
