tested positive for covid today. woke up with a sore throat, which always happens after a day of crying and drinking alcohol and eating crap (so much cake omg), and would probably not have tested at all except that i had decided to skip silks class tonight because i didn't want to pass germs onto anyone, covid or no, and then figured if i felt poorly enough to skip class, i should test myself just to make sure.

still just a sore throat but i'm just saaaaaaaad. lock down is going to suuuuuck. i will not have a latte for a week, first world problems lol.

i just really hope i didn't get anyone sick at mom's memorial. it was all outside and my symptoms are quite mild so, here's hoping. i let everyone know. i'm sad and embarrassed.

i want to stress eat but i've put on such a massive amount of weight, i have to stop, i have to stop.

now is probably not the time to be fasting but i feel so uncomfortable in this heavy body right now.

i think covid is making me cranky.

tyler called to ask if i needed anything, after i sent him the photo of my positive test. he's surprised my symptoms aren't worse and thinks it's a false positive. it's not. he reminded me to still go outside. he thinks dog mountain would cheer me up. he's not wrong.
