serafaerygot a bit of work and cleaning done, but just so depressed not being able to go outside. It hit 106 today, and will get close to that tomorrow, too.
maybe I should have just gone to the barbie movie. maybe i'll do that tomorrow instead. there's a 3pm showing. josh wants me to climb with him at 6:30pm, i think i'll be done in time and not too drained.
haven't been healthy enough to do circus. but i did my PT today for the first time in weeks. working on it.
it's okay to have down days. i got some stuff done. i will keep chipping away at work and go walk when it gets closer to 80. (it's still in the high 90s at 7:30pm, oof.)
the poor planet. the poor animals.
so glad i don't have kids.
