other things I've thought of that are going well recently:
* down to 128lbs this morning (only 3 to go for ideal Halloween costume shape and also easier pull-ups!)
* been stretching calves and rolling out my foot more regularly (trying to get this back to daily)
* we did our morning workout this morning (also trying to get this back to daily)
* I just put pumpkin enzyme on my face yay!
Things I could add:
* run-through Thriller and Wednesday dances
* reply to Itsyk's email about Thriller
* schedule Halloweentown visit
* schedule massage with K, haircut with someone or just myself? facial maybe?
* need to go soaking this week or even maybe today omg i'm in so much pain lol
