The ice is re-freezing much heavier and thicker this time. We are going to lose power. The lights keep flickering. We have zero backup plans for this. We live in a place with no gas or wood heat source alternative, and we have nowhere to go that will accept a cat.

Will be bundled up in all our winter gear under all the blankets for a couple days, I guess. With only cold water. It's supposed to thaw maybe Sunday.
