The lovely Miz A gave me the brilliant and totally obvious idea of working out a budget with this whole car thing - something I've never bothered to do in my life. I hadn't crunched the numbers to see if I could actually afford the damn thing. But I just did, and even with over-estimating my monthly spending I'm still coming out ahead. Barely, but, ahead. That includes my monthly investment deposit, which I was considering suspending until I knew I could stay afloat.

I still plan to try to make money face painting on the weekends, to help buffer this a bit. Pay to keep up my drinking habit at least. ;)
