It's such a pretty pretty camera. So unfair. I still can't really totally believe this happened. I keep expecting to find it at home, under a rug or something.

Doesn't the uni have insurance on the camera in case it gets lost? Ours does, and I would have to assume that yours does as well....

Nope - they're very up front about the fact that you are totally responsible for anything that you lose or damage.

I know. Every single cab I see upsets me, now, and I keep peering into the windows to see if I recognize the driver. Not that it would help anything even if I found him. :\

Nothing, no, just other people missing their cameras and one guy selling his in the box, out of some office downtown, which suggests it wasn't stolen, though you never know, maybe he had a box from somewhere else. He never got back in touch with me after I told him I wanted to come take a look.
