Brewing some catnip into tea per anthalus's suggestion. I have fancy organic dried leaves for Willow that seem appropriate for human consumption. A preliminary taste is YUM. Which makes sense, being part of the mint family. If nothing else, it appears to be universally accepted as a sleep aid. So, yay.

I buy a brand of relaxing tea that has catnip in it. Which I didn't know until our cat (not Nev, another one from way back a couple of years ago) kept inexplicably putting her face in my empty cup.

Yes issa Willowkitty heee. Catnip is good tea for people, who knew? It's quite tasty though it smells a little odd.
