Brewing some catnip into tea per [livejournal.com profile] anthalus's suggestion. I have fancy organic dried leaves for Willow that seem appropriate for human consumption. A preliminary taste is YUM. Which makes sense, being part of the mint family. If nothing else, it appears to be universally accepted as a sleep aid. So, yay.

I buy a brand of relaxing tea that has catnip in it. Which I didn't know until our cat (not Nev, another one from way back a couple of years ago) kept inexplicably putting her face in my empty cup.

Is that Willow in your icon? *snuggles*

Yes issa Willowkitty heee. Catnip is good tea for people, who knew? It's quite tasty though it smells a little odd.

Hmmm, I might try it sometime.

Forgot to mention it is a great sleep aid, especially if you combine it with Chamomile.

One would imagine that Willow is losing her mind trying to get your cup LOL

She was oddly not at all interested in my tea. I put it on the floor for her to sniff and she wanted nothing to do with it. Just wanted loves. I slept better than I should have, I think!
