(Yeah, I think this means I'm officially off anti-depressants, heh.)
Oddly, I feel like I can handle this. I have learned so much about how to manage my emotions. The ruts of sadness are not so deep as they once were. I've built lots of little ladders for myself to climb out of them by.
I feel good. I can feel sad and still make it to work, still smile with my friends, still have hope for brightness in my future. It's all good.
