serafaerybeen running around like a crazy person since 7am, it's 2pm now, just got back from a grueling grocery run on my bike, and realized that Mondays are supposed to be a chill day to rest and care for myself. I'm not sure running around all bonkers like this is self-care. Going to try to slow down for a moment.
