What did I eat yesterday?
* coffee
* cookie crumbs
* almonds
* vegan taco
* tofu salad roll with peanut sauce
* apple
* 2 tiny oranges
* baked beans with vegan sausage, microgreens
* veggie taco with cheese
* cosmic crisp apple with a ton of nut butter
* 3 pieces of chocolate (I wanted more so badly)
* chai with cream x2
* more almonds
One thing I've realized is that restricting calories makes one a bit obsessed with food. I'm trying to stay healthy about this, I always want to eat more lately and I always struggle to control myself. But if I eat more my body hurts for it. This is better, this is better. I just wish there were a way to not feel so obsessive about it.
