Oh also, the topper on this day that makes me think Tuesdays should just not be sparkle days: a customer texts me saying she needs to cancel last minute and she's so sorry but an unforeseen circumstance arose, and asks "how to remit the cancellation fee."

I paused, and realized, I didn't know if she meant how to avoid payment or how to make payment?
