must go check on my bike, but just wanted to say, i found a netflix show called "skin decisions" or something like that, where this plastic surgeon and her aesthetician buddy spend ungodly amounts of expense beautifying their subjects with all the latest technology. i watched one episode and it made me feel much better to see that that even with so much at their disposal, super fancy sugar thread fillers and fancy pants collagen boosting lasers and all the bells and whistles, the results were relatively minimal and discreet. unless it is something major like a post-natal tummy tuck, you can't really see much difference. sigh.

i am a little disheartened that they said the average age for a face lift is 45. !!!!! holy shit. I'm 45. at least my current feeling of freak-out is... exceedingly common? wow. damn. is this something i should be considering? uuhhhhhzhurp?
