stressed out and sad, this morning. the sunshine is so bright and hopeful. made some business purchases, sending out a couple orders, booking appointments, avoiding other work. have an adoption interview about a cat at the pound at 2:30pm and i'm nervous. trying to decide if i should go climb in the gym or go work on wings or stay home and clean or what. trying to remember how to feel okay.
