made myself a little bowl of sliced kiwi and strawberries and blueberries with a handful of organic salted cashews and organic sprouted almonds, bee pollen, raisins, goji berries, poppy seeds, and the zest of an entire tangerine. all medicinal/beneficial, all delicious. how fortunate am i to be able to create such snacks.

will try to switch to tea or fizzy drinks for the rest of the evening. i keep sneaking more almonds lol.
