having as really hard time getting traction on certain tasks. apartment is beginning to fall apart, dishes piling up, floors unkempt, bedroom destroyed. behind on orders, failing to finish writings or downloading silks videos from the lookout tower, avoiding website problems that need attending to, just want to eat snax and meditate and listen to audioboox and sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

maybe my body is trying to recover from roughly a week of poor sleep. i slept well last night but one night is not enough.

I am so done with people not hugging me I could throw something.
