ate nut butter and apples, went and climbed for an hour. it rained on me during my walk there, very chilly and uncomfortable. but i made a new friend at the gym, and it was dry for the walk home, and i feel a million times better. it's nice when it turns out this way. my mood really is dependent on exercise, i guess.
