moved into the new place, somewhat. the apartment manager removed our names from the mailbox at our other unit, but we actually still have that lease until the 31st and I haven't updated my address anywhere yet, I need to do that all in one go and NOT today. So I taped on a piece of paper with our names sharpied to it and emailed her to ask her to please leave it up until the lease is up, sheesh.

stressful.

SO much to do today. Need to make a list. I am living out of boxes until I upgrade at least 2 pieces of furniture so that needs to happen quickly. I will probably have to order the dresser online but that's okay. I'll wait

* unbox faery hair supplies and see if I can get out those 2 orders before the 3pm pickup
* get new feeding station supplies for Lunar
* groceries omg
* find a lamp and nightstand that might work, or small pedestal table?

* xmas TREEEEEEEEEEEEE and lights and stuff

Lunar is adjusting really fast. I get the feeling he has never moved with his owners before. It's not very dramatic since we're in the same complex, which I think is helping with the ease of his adjustment. He spends most of his time on his cat tree, watching the birds. :)

UGH Josh just told me that he told the mail carrier we moved, but I was planning to wait to forward my address until I'd updated it with everyone. I had hoped to wait until after xmas for that, since it effects my business payments, but now I can't because the mail carrier isn't going to deliver anything to the old address now, and if there's no forwarding address entered he's just going to return it all, fuuuuuck. sometimes spouses are the worst lol.

I really wanted to get the tree up today. Thanks Obama. lol it'll be fine, just always something going wrong when moving. This morning I tried to make coffee but my coffee filters were still in the old apartment, so I walked over and got them and came back (10min). Then my grinder gave out on me. So I had to walk over and get my backup grinder from the old place (10min). With everything else going wrong this morning (Josh freaking out about the water filter, I had to get the maintenance guy to come help me with it, he's totally freaked out about lead in water), it's been 1.5 hours and I still haven't been able to get my coffee made. it's bad news lol.
