Gratitude:

* hot hot weather, for a few days
* pretty girls to spin poi and drink beer with
* New Seasons for delicious 4th of July holiday food
* Joshua, grillmaster
* sexy motorcycle helmet
* face painting, subtle and sexy
* Myrrh's music magic and gorgeous, energetic art
* strawberries in the car
* too much beer (no such thing!)
* fire pit's maiden voyage, gorgeousness, warmth, smoke
* only two bug bites
* ground bloom flowers
* in a bucket!
* safe biking
* turtles!
* jack in the box fountain
* friends gathered in my yard
* easy fun tidying up, all clean by midnight
* fuzzy moon
* skin shivers
* walkabout NW 23rd area: Vivace, Two Tarts, Bluet, Food Front, Steve's Cheese, wonderfulness all around (even in the melty heat)
* Bumblekiss special scramble: spinach, goat cheese, apples, amazingness (also with good company and easy walking in the warm sunshine)
* Ristretto for 5th of July post-party restoration with friends
* music magazines at Rudy's
* tequila kisses
* blind pilot
* lazy Sunday with David Foster Wallace and ginger ale
* Faerieworlds relocating to Mount Pisgah
* wings not started, but conceived of, at least (3 pair - ready to begin)
* happy healthy kitty, paws outstretched
* heaviness shrugged off in favor of a rich dinner, lighthearted TV, roommate banter
* cuddletown cuddles
* silly drunken neighbors
* sexy boy cuddles
* how are those kisses still so otherworldly magical?
* warm house for sleeping peacefully
* summer just beginning
* full moon soon
