oh btw that moodiness yesterday was definitely pms, ha. bleeding this morning like whoah. not much in the way of cramps yet thankfully, bless all the gallons of tea for that lol. i often get very very sad and eat a lot of comfort food the day before i bleed, i know this. it's normal. wish it weren't quite so unpleasant is all. it never feels normal when i'm in the middle of it.
