(scheduling medical appts is extremely difficult for me due to past trauma around health services.)

it's amazing what i can accomplish sometimes when i'm procrastinating on other stuff lol.

I have a neverending list of medical appointments because of trauma and getting the dentist done this year is hopefully the momentum for doing all the other things. I wish there were trauma-friendly general practitioners out there!
