Grammas Faery Oracle
Jess is most famous for creating much of the narrative of Yoda and "the Force" in the original Star Wars movies, and wrote the text for my favorite oracle, Brian Froud's Faeries Oracle.
She's in slowly ailing health as she is now in her mid-80s, but she's been back to posting on facebook regularly, which brings me lots of comfort.
The reading from the Grammas Oracle website was very comforting this morning, too, as I'm really nervous for my race and I really shouldn't be. I was given a message by the Faery of Good Fortune (there are 13 of them) and I feel much more calm, now. Yes, I have it really good, "and it didn't just happen by accident, you know!" she says. She says to value my luck and not take it for granted. Will do, wise ones.
