Just took a long sunset bath, walking through the courtyard.

saw a bald eagle gliding overhead.

I miss Lunar so much. I miss our walks.

Missing my dad a lot too, today.

sparkling was wonderful today but completely exhausting, as usual. my feet hurt. I am required to take today off physical therapy, but I still should do pushups, a pullup, and some up-downs. maybe a handstand or two if I can manage it.

torn between gearing up to try to take down the tree tonight finally, or just netflix and chilling with Love Between Fairy and Devil.

Also I want gingerbread cookies. I promised Josh they'd be gluten free, which is easy to do with any recipe that calls for molasses. not sure where the gingerbread craving came from but it hit me intensely yesterday and hasn't faded. would be such a lovely treat to have for work tomorrow. I could make little heart-shaped cookies and give them to my customers, even.

we'll see.....

mostly i just want to rest. everything hurts and the air feels like molasses when i try to move, rn.
