Quick things to get out of my head before diving back into this work:

* pick up recovery sandals in exchange for inserts at running store when picking up the Hokas I ordered

* get another storage bin from wayfare, see if any cotton xmas pillows are on sale

* before the end of the day be sure to go over therapy notes so we can make better use of tomorrow's session

* pay rent at studio tomorrow if not tonight (also the few groceries that are still needed from NG)

* finish journaling episode of huberman podcast (ouch)

* check in with Jim at some point
