erf, the late night snackies got me again and now my tummy hurts. why can't i stop lately? i think the holiday weirdness is just going to take a few uncomfortable hungry nights to shake off. I really feel so much better if I stop eating before 8pm. But lately I find myself pulling more stuff out of the fridge at 9 or later. It's healthy stuff but still not necessary. poor tum. I'll fix it tomorrow.

so shclreeeepy.

Walkies with Cynthia at 8, orders to put together, silks at noon. possible Maria visit in the morning? We shall seeeeeee.

did not get all the things done, but got a good dent in them. Bank run tomorrow will help. And phone call to school loan holder wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

has a tired.

From what I've read, your brain runs out of glucose over the course of the day, so by the evening you're operating on fumes. And if your brain really needs food it will over-ride your willpower any day, because it thinks it's a matter of survival. Maybe eat a little more during the day to keep up your reserves? Or go to bed earlier?

I personally haven't felt the need to overindulge in food myself lately (and don't have much issue with not eating after 8 pm), even though the holidays can typically mark spikes in weight gain. Not that it's a bad thing as I'm comfortable with my weight, and I do my best to eat healthily, though I do have stomach issues myself from time to time. And it irks me whenever my parents bother me about my dietary habits even though I'm a grown adult, and I really don't see what the problem is with me restraining myself at the dinner table. You could definitely make a drinking game out of how many times I'm asked "Didja get enough to eat?"
