my cat is sneezing and I feel guilty that I gave her my cold. Poor bb.

Need to brush and walk her soon.

Trying not to let being sick totally destroy my diet and self-care, today. Had to cancel work again but I can't let this destroy my sense of self-worth, today. I just need to try to rest and get better.
