Forgot to mention that Huberman had a 6 part guest series with Matt Walker, who wrote Why We Sleep - I absolutely love his research and the way he talks about it, that was one of my first and still most beloved audiobooks, when I first started using Audible.

It's so fun listening to him nerd out about sleep, this is wonderful.

(I'm waiting for him to say something about those of us who sleep 10+ hrs per night lol - he did say it isn't normal and not necessarily better than sleeping the normal recommended 7-9 hours, but I don't know the details yet.)
