Mushrooms (no not that kind - portabellas)

Preston got me a mushroom growing kit for Xmas. Funny little gift.

It's amazing to watch them grow. They grow so damn fast!

I harvested my first three last night, threw them in with my kale and onions. They were half the size of the ones that are still there.

All of these are mature - I'm apparently having mushrooms for dinner tonight. Whee!





Faeries make mushrooms grow! ;)

I used to grow them in a mixture of honey and decayed tree...so easy and soooo good.
