serafaeryJust wanted to note that Dryad Tea is one of those teamakers who makes some of their teas with "natural flavors" which while fun and all (and I bought several samples with said flavorings included, because fun) doesn't feel very healthy to consume. (Her tea isn't organic either but that's being extra picky.) But her Mama Dragon blend currently comes without it, and only three delightful ingredients: licorice root, spearmint, and peppermint.
The softer flavor of the licorice on its own without any help is sooooooo perfect, I am so pleased with this tea. It is just the right amount of licorice for me. The added whipped cream is just sooooo luxurious. I use vanilla gifted from a friend (who labeled it Unicorn Ichor), peppermint oil, and the tiniest bit of a mushroom infused honey for this whipped cream. just, yes.
I do have a fennel and mint local organic tea that is a must softer flavor and will do the trick in a pinch for me, but this Mama Dragon is much richer and more fun to drink, especially under a full Snow Moon under threat of an incoming late night winter snow and ice storm.
