Turkey noodle soup out of pHunk's mom's leftovers is the best soup I've ever made. I threw potatoes in because they were there - they totally make the soup. Used up pHunk's leftover celery and carrot, down to the roots. Poor hot soup over leftover pasta noodles from the fridge = Ohsoyum.

Wish it weren't so late, but I'm glad I did this. I love un-wasting food. Much would have been thrown out, otherwise.
