I think it's clear that I need to stay away from livejournal for a while. Spare people the vitriolic nature of my entries while I'm sick.

I'll allow myself "gratitude lists" here only.

I think, for the moment, the only way for me to continue to live is to try to, as the Pacifist I am, live by example.

Continue to limit my consumption to bare minimums, and make careful, responsible purchases.
Continue to reuse and recycle as responsibly as I can.
Continue to take the bus to work.
Contribute to the protection of wildlife and the environment, however little I can.
Refrain from polluting the world with another human.
Celebrate and honor and protect nature in whatever ways I can, with my minimal powers.

It's as much as I can do right now. But it's something.
